I write poetry and I have to know; How do you know what you are going to name a piece? With my poetry I have to write it first and then the name comes to me. Is it the same with visual art?

with me anyways, i like to write too, when im painting sometimes words just pop in my head and i write them on the side maybe, lately ive been trying to incorporate them into the piece,..
just kinda whatever im doing or thinking when im making something, whatever comes…
