Ed’s Thoughts on Life and the Universe

About

Most of this blog features my paintings, thoughts, writings, rants and raves. Some of the other main topics in this blog are: art, entertainment, politics, sports, culture and whatever I want.

Hello I am Ed T., a painter currently living outside of Kansas City, in the midwest U.S.A.  I have been creating art most of my life, mostly paintings and drawings. I really fell in love with painting and started creating more consistently when I started high-school. To quote Jack Kerouac, “To know that nothing matters after all, to know it young and be a poet.” I feel lucky to have found something I really love to do and can pour myself into.

I try to stay away from labels, but you could say my work is Neo-Expressionist, Abstract Expressionist, and definitely individualistic.  The creative process is a very holistic experience for me. I really pour myself into my work, discovering myself in my medium. And when other people really enjoy my art? Well those are two of the greatest things in the world! Check out my website, Ed’s Art Workshop.
